This website is operated by Shengli (胜利贸易有限公司), Community 20, Tema, Ghana — construction, engineering, real estate and global sourcing services with supplier and logistics networks in China, USA and Dubai.

2. What this website is for

The site describes our services and provides enquiry channels (the contact form, the estimate form, phone, and email) so you can ask about projects, sourcing, machinery, logistics, and trade work. It is an information and enquiry platform — not an online shop: there are no prices, no checkout, and no online payment.

3. Estimates and enquiries

• Estimate requests are enquiries only. Anything you submit is a request for a tailored, priced quote — not an order and not a booking.
• A contract for work starts only when a written scope and price are separately agreed between you and Shengli, not when a form is submitted.
• To receive an accurate quote, provide truthful details: site location, dimensions or specifications, photos where possible, and timelines.
• For sourcing enquiries, include the origin country, cargo type, and delivery site where applicable.

4. Project photos, partners, and certifications

Project photos, partner names, and certifications appear on this site only after written approval. Where real project media is not yet available, pages show clearly labelled placeholders (for example, [PROJECT PHOTO NEEDED]) — these are requests for content, never claims of completed work, and stock or illustrative images are never presented as Shengli projects.

5. Acceptable use

When using this site and its forms, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and submit only your own details.
• Use the forms only for genuine service enquiries.
• Not misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, harvest data, submit spam or unlawful content, or infringe the rights of others.
